Big bags this week went well tbh I think it helped me get more comfortable being #2 just because I legit didn’t see it coming
I’m big baws of my dept so am somewhat used to it but big bags of the whole unit is kinda mental especially as I have had fuck aw to do with the other half for 8 yrs or so
Legs proper fucked. Busted it 1.5 yrs ago and was told looks good you can goto physio if yer a hypochondriac. So I didn’t. Fast forward to now. Physio is pissed at me for waiting so long tells me it was probably a category 3 tear and gives me excersizes.
I do them foe 2 days. 1.5 sets. And can’t wall the rest of yte week
Keep up the physio!! It’s a bloody nightmare but will help!!

Absolutely loving the weather!!! Although been stuck in work til late! Went to the outdoor pool on Monday but too busy to really swim!! Looking forward to a weekend in the garden, reading my book and having a wee cocktail!! Enjoy yourselves, remember suncream and stay hydrated!!
