        Genocide loving, terrorist putin and his Nazi based wagner group won’t last forever. karma will make Russia pay for collaborating with nazis to start WW2.

        nobody will have to tell you, you will know by the celebrations here in the street in russia when putin and his Nazi group is defeated.

    We need to remember that Russia will do everything to make sure that the economy looks stable. If you print money and grant high risk loans to weapons suppliers you will have a positive GDP growth, though absolutely not a healthy economy. You won’t see Russias GDP slowly start to go into the negatives, it will grow and then it will suddenly collapse.

        I mean, that’s the whole point, isn’t it? If other states wanted to completely cut off Russia they could (even though at incredibly high costs). Balancing between not giving Russia sufficient reason to completely escalate, not primarily hitting the Russian people but their oppressive regime and oligarchs (sth. never truly possible unfortunately), but raising the pressure more and more until a nation or government collapses one way or another. Unfortunately the Russian culture is prone to suppression historically speaking, those who tried to rise up already did years ago and unfortunately failed.

        It’s awful and frustrating given how long it takes and it’s obvious both blocs already are deeply engaged in a shadow war, however right now (despite what all the propaganda says) the EU is rather stable with an increasing amount of genuine union-wide pride growing while Russia is weakening, carried propaganda, fear and probably ~1% stupidity. …Let’s better not talk about the US though, that’s a whole other nightmare to unravel.

      If you wanna have a fun time watch the Russian victory parade from a few days ago, a lot of the Russian soldiers are not carrying guns most of the generals have to be 80+ years old, and there are a few times when they use CGI from a ps2 to show the inside of vehicles and planes. It’s wild.

      It’s important to look at their financial sector though. That growth is artificial and increasingly dependent on their war. It’s not sustainable, let alone could they really compensate all losses if things won’t go their way. So yeah, while technically it’s growth, it’s literally borrowed.
