My dad was a racist homophobe pos until Obama. When he saw Obama take the oath he actually cried. He never made shitty remarks again out loud to me. 43 here. My body feels older but I still look like I’m in my late 20s and act like I’m in my teenage years. Anxiety makes me feel old sometimes because I can’t rest and then my body feels bad. Starting to exercise more hoping to help with all that.
