One other somewhat bizarre option is that I’ve heard there is a large deaf community in VR Chat and they actually have a modified sign language that they use.
I don’t know exactly how “modified” it is, but for learning any language the best way is to find people to talk with. Might work as a good springboard if you have VR.
It’s totally possible. It’s also possible to snore only sometimes depending on head position, food eaten, age, and alcohol taken.
I have positions where I snore, where my wife then has to smack me in the middle of the night, I re-adjust and then I usually stop snoring.
Apparently she also smacks me when she needs cuddles, and apparently I understand the difference in smacks while I am asleep.

Americans tend to describe locations more by density and arrangement rather than population. Kinda similar to how we refer to distances in time rather than distance. In a city you have a LOT within 5 minutes of you at any time. Within a rural town you have… maybe 5 neighbors within that same span of time walking.
