What can’t you stand about Devin Stone?! Is it that he’s too smart, too handsome, or too ethical?

Creating competition for Comcast is a great thing, but I’d bet over the years those capital partners are going to demand enshittification for profit. I’d still drop Comcast like a rock though.
The excavation in the street sounds like the same thing Google Fiber did in my neighborhood, microtrenching fiber in the street along the curb. Has worked great for me for almost 10 years now

Long sleep was associated with reduced overall cognitive function (β ± standard error = −0.25 ± 0.07, p < 0.001), with strongest effects in those with depressive symptoms using (−0.74 ± 0.30, p = 0.017) and not using antidepressants (−0.60 ± 0.26, p = 0.024). Weaker but significant effects were observed in those without depressive symptoms (−0.18 ± 0.09, p = 0.044). No significant associations were observed in participants using antidepressants without depressive symptoms.
**Weaker but significant effects were observed in those without depressive symptoms (−0.18 ± 0.09, p = 0.044). **
This is certainly something to investigate further.
It’s been a pretty weak wildflower season due to the drought, unfortunately. That rain we had last week should help push those summer flowers out though!

I agree speaking openly with your supervisor about it is your best route.

He very clearly is not saying “Americans deserved to die.”

Let’s phrase this a different way. “America reaped what it sowed,” or “America made its bed and is now lying in it.” This is a pretty solid “yup” from me. We armed, trained, and funded the leaders of the group that carried out the attack, among many other things

We’re not talking about a jury, we’re talking about the people who are presenting state’s evidence in the trial. The prosecution does not decide whether Diddy is innocent or guilty, a jury does. If a jury in the trial of a black man is composed of 12 white women, that could be a real point of issue in our justice system, but the prosecution? It makes no sense
